Agenda – Erasmus – Stagio Job Shadowing

 

Location: Lisbon

Duration: 15 st to 19th of  May 2017

Participants: Mihaela Ciobanu, Aura Tudor, Razvan Ciobanu, Alina Mircescu, Mugur Mircescu.

Job – shadowing coordinator: Susana Pizarro

Objective: The participants will be offered the opportunity to observe in situ various training activities, to observe the work of the trainers and how they apply the NLP concepts and techniques in everyday training sessions. In order for the participants to have complex learning experiences, the organizer will facilitate Job – Shadowing experiences in various Contexts:

Course agenda:

15th of May 2017 :  

  • 00 – 12.30 – Welcome workshop – visit to the 4Emes headquarters, presentation of job-shadowing coordinator, agenda and scheduled meetings
  • 00 – 17.00 – Meeting with 4Emes trainers – the use of NLP in various training context – case studies

 

16th of May 2017:

  • 00 – 12.30 – Meeting with 4Emes trainers – knowledge-sharing workshop – NLP used in trainings for vulnerable groups.
  • 00 – 17.00 – Guided job-shadowing – 1 to 1 training sessions and NLP practice with the 4emes trainers
  • 00 – Guided visit to the ”Life-guard” training session in Telheiras

 

17th of May 2017:

  • 00 – 12.30 – Guided visit to 4emes training premises in – 1 to 1 training sessions and NLP practice with the 4emes Lourinhã trainers
  • 00 – 16.00 – NLP practical session with the Job-Shadowing Coordinator and NLP practitioner
  • 30 – 18.00 – Guided visit to Adega Cooperativa da Lourinhã – the impact of using NLP techniques on workers and clients

18th of May 2017:

  • 00 – 12.30 – Guided visit to training sessions in Parques Sintra – trainings for firemen
  • 00 – 17.30 – Knowledge-sharing workshop with the trainers from the ”Firemen” course – the use of NLP techniques in training for dangerous professions.

19th of May 2017:

  • 00 – 12.30 – Guided visit to Regibio – Consultadoria e Formação Lda – NLP training provider – case studies sessions
  • 00 – 17.00 – Practical session – evaluation of impact and results
  • 00 – 17.30 – Closing session
